Followers of Akarat are exclusively found in the extreme southern reaches of the Torajan Jungles, in the area near their leader Akarat. When killed, they reduce the resistances of all other nearby enemies, which is needed to break the invulnerability of Akarat.
These zealots are quick and fragile, but their deaths give them a debuff that reduces their speed and makes them even more vulnerable, and is in fact needed to be able to damage Akarat. The main threat comes from their abilities: Hammertime shoots a barrage of heavy physical damage hammers that when shot en masse will one-shot you. They also cast Thunder Hammer when damaged, which also deals heavy damage (and hitting a pack of them can be lethal).

- Regen Rate tells what % of a monster's hit points are recovered per second.
- Blocked attacks will not damage the monster. Monsters need not carry a shield to block.
- Avoided attacks will not damage the monster.
- Drain Effectiveness tells what % of a character's mana and life steal apply to that monster. 100 is all, 0 is none.
- The chill effectiveness on almost all monsters is -20%, regardless the difficulty.
